Provider vs. Provider+?

Both are for individual practitioners. Provider works with up to 5 active clients at a time; Provider+ works with up to 30.

Can I add capacity later?

Yes — add unlimited 30-client expansion packs for $30/mo or $300/year each. They renew automatically with your base subscription.

What's a Practice account?

Practice-wide administration for groups and provider collectives — administrator roles, provider management & permissions, and Practice-level insights. Small Practice works with up to 150 active clients; Practice works with up to 1,000.

Monthly or annual?

Your choice. Annual billing costs less than paying month-to-month across the year, and you can add capacity on either cadence.
