Provider vs. Provider+?

Both are for individual practitioners. Provider connects up to 5 active clients at a time; Provider+ connects up to 30.

Can I add capacity later?

Yes — add unlimited 30-client expansion packs for $30/mo or $300/year each. They renew automatically with your base subscription.

What's a Practice account?

An administration system for a group of Provider+ licenses. It includes 60 licenses, administrator roles, user management, and Practice-level insights. Add 30-provider packs for $180/mo or $1,999/year.

Monthly or annual?

Your choice. Annual billing costs less than paying month-to-month across the year, and you can add capacity on either cadence.
